NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
For sanitary reasons, we cannot do refunds or returns. You are responsible for the sizing of your nails. If you are unsure, please purchase a sizing kit in the length and shape of your choice before ordering a customized set.

SHIPPING & TAXES
We do not include taxes or shipping costs in our prices. Shipping and applicable taxes are added onto your order total at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
Because every set is custom made, your order will take up to 5 business days to be shipped. The longer you take to contact us regarding your custom sizing or design, the longer the processing time will be. Longer than usual processing times will be announced on social media.
CUSTOM SETS
Please contact us through the contact form on our website or message us on social media BEFORE placing a custom order. We need to discuss your design first to ensure that it can be done, to confirm the details of your set, and also to tell you which tier of custom set to purchase based on your design.
CUSTOM SIZING
Please put your sizing in the notes when placing an order for a custom sized set. If your sizing is different for each hand, please specify which sizes are for the right hand and which are for the left hand.
